Domestic Shipping Options (within the United States):

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for urgent orders, with delivery on the next business day.

International Shipping Options:

  • Expedited International Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your order’s status through the carrier’s website. You can also track your order directly through your Gracecite account or by visiting the “Order Status” page on our website.

  • P.O. Boxes: Some shipping carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.
  • International Customs: For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee at checkout.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate. Gracecite is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors made by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment. However, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
