Gracecite Refund and Returns Policy

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).
Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:
- Sale or discounted items: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Custom or personalized items: These cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@gracecite.com or call (603) 964-5819 to inform us of your intent to return or exchange an item. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and return instructions.
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and invoices. If possible, include the return authorization number in the package.
- Ship the Return: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process and specify your desired exchange in your request. If the item you want to exchange for is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@gracecite.com or call (603) 964-5819. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by Gracecite.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post to your account. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gracecite.com.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing the order. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the normal return and exchange process will apply.
