4. Klarna Installment Payments
For eligible customers, GRACECITE offers the option to use Klarna for installment payments.

- Payment Plan: Klarna offers flexible interest-free installment plans or longer-term payment options, depending on your order’s value and your eligibility.
- Late Payments: Klarna may charge fees for late payments. GRACECITE is not responsible for any charges imposed by Klarna.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization
- Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
- Your order will be processed and shipped once the payment authorization is complete.
- If payment authorization fails, we will notify you immediately, and your order will not be processed until the issue is resolved.
6. Declined Payments & Payment Issues
If your payment is declined, please check the following:
